It seems that either you have setup a forwarder on your mailbox so that email are immediately forwarded to another account, or you've setup your outlook express account with the settings to remove emails from the server a few minutes after downloading them to machine.
Can you check these settings please? Forwarders can be checked from HELM CONTROL PANEL LOGIN > DOMAIN NAME > EMAIL FORWARDING / EMAIL ACCOUNTS.
